I am very compassionate, organized, easy going and I handle stress well! All of these things are what makes me a great photographer! On the wedding day I will do everything in my power to take any stress away from you! On the day, I think it is super important to document your special day rather than posing everything. I will definitely pose you for the wedding party and couples photos but the rest of the day I want to tell your story exactly how it is happening! When I am "posing" you during wedding party and couples photos I think its important to get a couple traditional photos but I do a lot more candids/prompts! For example when we are doing wedding party photos I will put music on to loosen everyone up and then I might have them dance towards me or look at who they think is going to get the most drunk! This creates a lot of natural laughs!
During the entire process I send a lot of emails/text with helpful tips to help you prepare for the engagement session and wedding! 2 months before your wedding I like to hop on a call to plan the timeline! By the time your wedding arrives I want to feel like best friends! I have several friends who actually started out as wedding clients but now we hangout every week!

Gallery Delivery day is a special day so grab your partner, a drink and something bigger than your phone to look at the photos on! Your gallery will go in order of how the events happened so that you can remember your day start to finish!

EEEEKKKK the day is finally here!! I will text you the morning of so that you know I'm on my way! I usually arrive 15-30 min early if I have never shot at your venue so i can scope things out before hand!
The Big Day!
Let's face time and "meet" face to face! That way we both get to know each other better! This allows you to also ask any and all questions you might have! Drop ins from pets are highly encouraged ;)
All my wedding packages include an engagement session that way we get to meet each other in person before the big day so you're more comfortable! They include 2 outfits and 2 locations! Its always fun to make it a date night and go out to dinner after since you will already be dressed up!

THE BEST PHOTOGRAPHER! We worked with Teri to do a mini Christmas tree photo shoot a few years ago, and fell in love with her Photography. We then hired her for our wedding and engagement pictures and could not be more pleased with how everything turned out! She is so easy to be comfortable around, especially if you’re shy behind the camera. This was me and my husband‘s first time taking professional photos and by the time our wedding rolled around we felt such at ease and the pictures really showed that. Great question! It varies each wedding but my most popular package is 8 hours! This will get you the end of getting ready to the end of the first dances! I recommend 10-12 hours if you want a more relaxed day that will get you a lot of getting ready to guest dancing!

How many weddings have you shot?
Since the engagement session is complimentary and not something you pay for, I can not put it towards the wedding day hours/payment. I do always recommend doing the session anyways so that we get to work together before the big day!!
If we don't need the engagement session can we put the price of it towards the wedding payment?
Some packages include one and for the ones that don't you have the option to add on!
